Nope! There are no other fees involved. You pay once and you get access to the content for the lifetime of the ‘Organized Home Build’ digital product. All organizational tools and platforms recommended have free versions.
What if I’ve already started building my home? Can I still implement this system?
Of course! There’s no time like the present to get organized. It may take you a little more time to sort through any communications and selections that you already have, but getting organized mid-build is WAY better than never getting organized.
What if I’m remodeling an existing house? Will this course still apply to my situation?
Yep! Remodeling a home is VERY similar to building a new home when it comes to organizing your thoughts, lists, documents, communications, design inspiration, etc. Everything in this product will apply 100% to your experience as well :).
What if I’m not planning to build for another year or more?
There is no such thing as ‘too early to start getting organized for your build’. You can go ahead and implement these systems so that you are organized and prepared as soon as you are ready to move forward with the home build process. You can certainly wait to go through this course closer to your home build, but do keep in mind that you have access to the course materials for the ‘life’ of the course (including access to any future course additions).

Can I do everything on a Macbook Pro?
Yep! The product portal (which includes all lessons, downloads, workbook, templates) can be accessed on any device that has internet access … computers, phones, or tablets (e.g. iPad). All of the recommended third-party (free) tools can be accessed on any of these devices as well.
Do you offer Excel spreadsheet templates?
At this time, all spreadsheets are only available as a printable PDF or you can upload directly to Google Sheets. I'm not an ‘Excel-person’ anymore … I used to be until I discovered Google Sheets and fell in love :).
Will this product work for me if I'm not using a builder?
YES! I think you’ll need a great organization system more than most people since you will be serving as GC for your home build. You obviously won’t be communicating with a builder (since you aren’t using one), but you will have many other conversations with all of the people you hire to work on your home.
