Golden Nuggets from Voice Memo
The three golden nuggets (i.e. 3 quick home build tips):
1. It’s important to have a CRYSTAL CLEAR vision of your future house BEFORE you start designing your house (so that you can explain your vision in crystal clear detail to your architect and/or builder … so that you end up with a house you LOVE)
2. It’s important to take an ACTIVE ROLE in checking for any ‘mishaps’ in your floor plan … no matter how great your architect and/or builder is (everyone is human, and we all miss little details, so it’s better to have many eyes as possible checking over your plan before solidifying it … and that includes your eyes)
3. Your future house is WAY more important to you than it is to your builder or architect … yes, they want you to be happy with your house, and they have a reputation to uphold, BUT no one will be as passionate about your house as YOU are … so, again, take an active role in all aspects of your home build
