Choosing a paint color is HARD … but peel and stick paint samples are making your choice MUCH easier (and cleaner).
This is your no-mess, simple way to see how potential paint colors will look in your home. Yes, please … to the ‘no mess’ part!
After this post, you’ll know what peel and stick paint samples are, where you can buy samples of your favorite paint brands, and you’ll get my honest opinion of paint decals (as well as results of my ‘color accuracy experiment’).

WHAT ARE PEEL AND STICK PAINT SAMPLES?
Peel and stick paint samples are exactly what you would think … paint samples that adhere to your wall (i.e. basically, they’re large stickers).
Not only is this a mess-free way of testing paint colors, but it’s also more accurate because you aren’t painting over an existing color so you get to see the true color.

HOW ACCURATE ARE SAMPLIZE SAMPLES?
Samplize sells samples of four top paint brands: Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, Farrow and Ball, and Behr.
I ordered several Samplize peel and stick paint samples (which are made with real paint) to test the color accuracy. The samples were only $5.95 each and shipped out in less than two hours.
As you can see in the photos within this post, the paint sample colors were almost an exact match to my wall colors.
You can rest assured that you’ll be getting accurate color decals when ordering from Samplize.
Another bonus is that the stickers come off the wall SUPER easily and they hold their adhesiveness so you can reuse them in different rooms throughout your house (if needed).

MY THOUGHTS ON PAINT DECALS
While the Samplize samples are very accurate, I recommend you go a step further and create a large paint sample for each of your top color selections.
Peel and stick paint samples are a fabulous FIRST STEP to narrow down to your top color choice(s). Once you narrow down to your final color(s) from the paint decals, then create your actual paint sample (just to ensure you love the color).
Be sure to look at your true sample in various rooms of your home, as well as various lighting.

CONCLUSION
I think peel and stick paint samples are a great FIRST step in narrowing down your paint colors.
However, I recommend that you create a true paint sample AFTER you narrow down to your final favorite paint color(s). Be sure to view your true sample in different rooms as well as different lighting (i.e. natural and artificial).
I was very happy with the quality of the Samplize paint samples and will order these again in the future when needed. Go ahead and order samples of your favorite paint color options … you won’t be disappointed!
